Dr. Penny Russell is the daughter of the late George & Mattie Thompson. She is the youngest of six siblings. She had a career in education as a Special Needs teacher & an administrator. She received her doctoral degree in Education Leadership at Argosy University & her doctoral degree in Christian Education at Jacksonville Seminary. Dr. Russell is an ordain pastor. She was ordained as a pastor in October of 2017 under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Edith Moore & Overseer Christopher Moore. Dr. Russell is married to Martin Russell & they are raising one beautiful princess.
